Midsummer's Eve

As the seasons come and go, here’s something you might like to know.
There are fairies everywhere:  under bushes, in the air,
playing games just like you play, singing through their busy day.
So listen, touch, and look around – in the air and on the ground.
And if you watch all nature’s things, you might just see a fairy’s wing.

On Midsummer's eve, we went on a fairy walk to collect gifts for the fairies.  Little flower heads, herbs and stones... and then we lit our pretty fairy attracting lanterns and crept away.  In the morning, we were delighted to find they had been, and left little gifts for us...  a gold and silver crayon to draw fairy wings, some pretty heart jellies and a little daisy fairy doll.
